Love the stylization you use in the Captain America piece - great expression and the flag in the background is awesome. Your proportions are a little off in the body though - the torso especially feels squashed down. (Yes, ironic I'm pointing out proportions being off - laugh it off people)

You did a bang up job showing some depth with the inside of the shield though.

Keep up the great work!

Can't have a squashy torso! I'll see what I can do to alleviate the issue.

Thanks Rman!

Rman gave a good review :)

Fix that torso and maybe a bit of the shoulders and you're looking good! Tried to look up a reference but got distracted. I'll keep looking though.

Thanks Skyle! I've worked on both his shoulders and torso today....I feel it made a difference. I also worked on my smoker in the rain guy as well. I'll post them when I get home.

The shoulders look much better. The torso still seems heavy in the back.

Other guy looks good to and you are right the head is big now. I really dig the umbrella though, you have a knack for depth.

Guess I'll fiddle with them a little more before I fill in the lines. Thanks Skyle

Much better Jeter but captain A is still buggin me. I see something in the crossed arms and definitely the front leg. Here is some reference for you to take a look at and see what you come up with.

You can see that the forearm muscle is closer to the viewer than the bicep for one.

The legs also have some fun swoops to them. From the crotch you have the hamstring partially visible until that teardrop muscle takes over. There is a large lemon shaped muscle in the middle just above the knee then on the outside is the lumpy bumpy big old outer thigh muscle. The Hamstring and teardrop will create impact and design to the leg, the lemon and the lumpy bumpy will create mucho mass effect if done well. Sorry for my lingo here. lol

Many people forget that the lumpy bumpy big outer thigh muscle doesnt go all the way to the top. It comes in short of the hip and slips under the hip flexor muscle which sticks out at the same height as the butt muscle if you turned sideways to see it. Legs are tricky but if you do the muscles based on this reference a few times, you will have a huge impact with your images.

I know this site tends to lean towards the comic and things. But this will be my third year of selling christmas cards. I've got one finished and colored and working on the second. The first one I'm not changing because I hate coloring and I ain't doing it again. The second one needs some major help with the color choices. Let me know what y'all think...please.
